8月の地方大会で、中学3年・15才以来となる長距離レース、800m自由形に出場することにしました。

へこたれそうになるたびに、がん友たちが、果敢に前へ進んでいる姿を思い出してふんばってます(`･ω･´)
This August, I’ll be competing in the 800-meter freestyle at a local Masters swimming meet—my first long-distance race since I was 15 years old and in my third year of junior high school.

Whenever I feel like giving up, I think of my friends who are living with cancer and courageously moving forward. Their strength inspires me to keep going. (`･ω･´)
